Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement and status

We provide online sportsbook and casino services but do not hold a national gambling licence in the player's country. By creating an account or using our services, you accept these terms, the stated territory restrictions and the account protections described here.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, use accurate account details and live outside our restricted territories. We may refuse registration or restrict an account when this is needed to apply these terms, protect players or investigate misuse.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a country not listed in our restricted-territories list. The restricted list includes Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Curaçao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Netherlands, North Korea, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, and Côte d'Ivoire.

3. One account and verification

Only one account is permitted for each person. Before the first payout, regardless of value, we request a government-issued ID, a recent proof of address and, when needed, evidence of the payment method. Send those documents within 30 days; review normally takes about 10 days. Duplicate accounts may be closed and benefits associated with them may be cancelled.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

The minimum fiat deposit is €20 and the minimum withdrawal is €20. Crypto minimums vary from €10 to €30 equivalent by currency. Daily and monthly payout caps are published by verification level: L1 €500 and €7,000; L2 €500 and €10,000; L3 €800 and €12,000; L4 €1,000 and €15,000; L5 €1,500 and €20,000. Withdrawal approvals are handled on weekdays from 06:00 to 17:00 GMT.

5. Welcome package rules

Code BENVENUTOGOL activates the casino welcome package across the first three qualifying deposits: the first gives 150% up to €1,250 plus 200 free spins, the second 100% up to €750 plus 50 free spins, and the third 100% up to €500 plus 50 free spins. Each step requires at least €20. Wagering is 35x the deposit plus bonus; free-spin winnings carry 40x wagering. Complete the applicable wagering within 10 days. While a bonus is active, no stake may exceed €100. Bonus conversion is capped at 10x the bonus. Free-spin conversion is capped at €50 for up to 50 spins and €100 for more than 50 spins. Skrill and Neteller do not qualify.

6. Responsible play

We provide player-set deposit and loss limits, and self-exclusion is available on request. A self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the period selected. Do not use our services if gambling is causing harm or if you are below the legal age stated in these terms.

7. Complaints and mediation

First submit the matter to our complaints team at [email protected], including the account address and any payment or bet reference. We carry out an internal review. If the outcome is unsatisfactory, you may ask an independent gambling dispute mediation service to consider the case. This process does not remove consumer rights available to you.

8. Security and account use

We protect connections with encryption and require account credentials to be kept confidential. A player is responsible for activity performed with their valid account credentials unless we identify a security failure under our control. Tell support promptly if access may have been compromised.

9. Data and communications

Our handling of personal information is explained in the privacy policy. Data questions belong with [email protected], while account assistance belongs with [email protected]. We use account records to provide the service, prevent fraud and apply the limits selected by the player.

10. Changes

We may update these terms when the service, safety controls or legal environment changes. Where a change materially affects an active account, we will communicate it before it applies whenever reasonably possible.
