16 methods supported
Cards and bank: Visa, Mastercard, Pay By Card, PlayID, Bank Transfer (15% fee on bank transfer withdrawals to cover the banking partner cost).

Crypto is the recommended payout method for speed and cost. EUR card deposits are recommended for instant funding on first sign-up. Bank transfer is reserved for high-value movements (€5,000+) due to the fee.

Minimums and maximums
Deposits: Minimum €20 for fiat (Visa, Mastercard, Pay By Card, PlayID, bank transfer). Minimum €30 equivalent for BTC. Minimum €10 equivalent for all other cryptocurrencies. Maximum per single deposit: €2,000 for cards, €5,000 for bank and crypto. Daily cap €10,000 across all methods (raise on request for Level 3 and Level 5 VIP).
Withdrawals: Minimum €20 for all methods. Maximum per single withdrawal: €2,000 for cards, €5,000 for bank, €25,000 for crypto. Daily withdrawal cap €25,000. Monthly cap €100,000 (raise on request for VIP).

Withdrawal speed by method
Crypto: 15 minutes to 1 hour from approval to wallet. Bitcoin block time is the main driver (10-minute average per block, 3 confirmations needed). USDT TRC20 and Solana-based methods land in 5 to 15 minutes. Dogecoin and Litecoin land in 5 to 15 minutes. Approval (the time from your request to our payments team marking it ready) takes 0 to 60 minutes after KYC, with the median around 15 minutes during business hours.
Card (Visa, Mastercard): 1 to 3 business days to land in your bank account. Approval takes 0 to 60 minutes. Card networks add 24 to 48 hours of clearing time on their side, which is outside the Golisimo control.
Bank Transfer: 2 to 5 business days. 15% fee deducted to cover the banking partner. Recommended for €5,000+ only.
PlayID, Pay By Card: 1 to 2 business days.
KYC: 10-minute typical turnaround
KYC is not required until your first withdrawal request. You can deposit and play without uploading any documents. When you request your first withdrawal, the cashier prompts for three documents: a valid ID (passport, national ID card, or driving licence), a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement under 3 months old), and a selfie holding the ID.
Upload happens directly inside the cashier (no email attachments). The compliance team reviews documents within 10 minutes on average during business hours and within 60 minutes outside business hours. If a document is rejected (blurry photo, expired ID, address not visible), the cashier shows the reason and prompts for a replacement upload. Once KYC is approved, it is valid for all future withdrawals without reuploading.
Fees and currency conversion
Golisimo charges zero fees on deposits and withdrawals on its own side, with one exception: the Bank Transfer withdrawal carries a 15% fee that covers the banking partner cost. There is no monthly fee, no inactivity fee, and no withdrawal-of-bonus-winnings fee.
Crypto network (miner) fees are paid by you and are deducted from the withdrawal amount. The fee depends on network congestion: Bitcoin typically €1 to €4, Ethereum €0.50 to €5, USDT TRC20 around €1, Solana under €0.10. Card networks may add small foreign-exchange or cross-border fees on their side which Golisimo does not see.
If your account is in EUR and you deposit in a non-EUR currency (CAD, AUD, NZD, USD, CZK, HUF, NOK, PLN), the cashier converts at the live mid-market rate plus a 1.5% spread. The same spread applies on withdrawal in the reverse direction. Crypto deposits are converted from network value to EUR at the live spot rate at deposit time.

Brands accepted at the cashier
The USDT networks count as one method: TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 and Solana all land in the same balance, so there are more marks gathered here than the 16 methods counted at the cashier.
Deeper payment notes: regional methods, KYC edge cases, and crypto quirks
Regional methods detected at Golisimo
Beyond the 16 main methods, Golisimo's cashier shows regional methods depending on your country of residence:
- Interac e-Transfer: Available to Canadian residents. CAD-denominated. Deposit instant, withdrawal 1 to 2 business days.
- Pix: Available to Brazilian residents. BRL-denominated. Deposit and withdrawal both instant, 24/7.
- PIX Boleto: Brazilian players can also deposit via Boleto bancário (cash voucher), with 1 to 3 business day clearing.
These methods are payment-corridor specific and are offered only in the relevant country. If you travel to a country where one of these methods is the local rail, the cashier will not auto-add them; the account is bound to its registered country of residence.
Crypto network choice: TRC20 vs ERC20 vs BEP20 vs Solana
For USDT specifically, Golisimo supports four networks. The choice changes the cost and speed of your withdrawal:
- USDT TRC20 (Tron): Fastest and cheapest. ~€1 network fee. Confirmation in seconds.
- USDT ERC20 (Ethereum): Slowest and most expensive. €3 to €15 network fee depending on Ethereum gas. Confirmation in 1 to 5 minutes.
- USDT BEP20 (BNB Chain): Cheap and fast. ~€0.30 network fee. Confirmation in seconds.
- USDT Solana: Cheapest, near-instant. <€0.10 fee. Confirmation in seconds.
Pick the network that matches the wallet you withdraw to. Cross-network transfers (TRC20 to ERC20, etc.) are not possible directly; you need an exchange bridge. Always double-check the receiving wallet supports the network before initiating the withdrawal. Mistaken network choices on USDT are the #1 cause of irreversible lost crypto.
KYC edge cases
Most KYC clears in 10 minutes. The cases that take longer:
- Address on the ID does not match account country of residence: Additional proof of address required (utility bill in your name at the registered residence).
- Selfie blurry or partially obscured: Re-upload required. Use natural lighting and hold the ID next to your face, both clearly visible.
- Card BIN country differs from account country: Source-of-funds review may be triggered for deposits over €1,000.
- PEP (politically-exposed person) match: Enhanced due diligence, may take 1 to 3 business days.
- Name on bank account differs from account name: Account is rejected. Deposits must come from a payment method in your own name (third-party deposits are forbidden).
How Golisimo balances speed, cost, and compliance
Why crypto is the recommended payout
Crypto is the recommended payout method for three reasons: speed (under 1 hour after KYC, often under 30 minutes), cost (zero Golisimo fees, low network fees), and simplicity (the player controls the wallet, no intermediary bank to clear). Card and bank rails are slower because they go through additional clearing layers (card network -> issuing bank -> player) and because consumer card transactions are subject to chargeback risk that needs additional risk controls.
For players who do not yet hold crypto, the lowest-friction onboarding path is via a centralised exchange (Coinbase, Kraken, Binance) using a small EUR deposit to buy USDT on TRC20 or Solana network, then send that USDT to your Golisimo wallet address. The exchange typically charges a 1% to 1.5% conversion fee, but the round-trip is still faster and cheaper than card withdrawals once you account for the 1- to 3-day card clearance.
Fiat methods: when they make sense
EUR card deposits make sense for new players who want to get into the game immediately. Visa and Mastercard deposits are instant and the welcome bonus credits on the spot. For first-time players on a small deposit (€20 to €100), the speed and familiarity of cards typically outweigh the slightly slower withdrawal timeline.
Bank Transfer is reserved for high-value movements. The 15% withdrawal fee is significant on small amounts; on a €100 withdrawal it eats €15. On a €10,000 withdrawal, the €1,500 fee is more noticeable but may still be worth it for players who prefer the regulated bank rail over a crypto exchange round-trip. For most players in the €100 to €5,000 withdrawal range, card or crypto is materially better.
PlayID and Pay By Card are middle-ground options: faster than bank transfer, slower than crypto, no fees. Available primarily for EU residents.
Compliance and the same-method rule
After approval, withdrawal arrival time depends on the method you choose and the confirmations required by the network or bank.
