How sign in works at Golisimo
Sign in is handled directly inside the cashier. Click the green "Sign in or join" button in the top-right corner of the site. Existing players sign in with email and password. New players go through a 90-second account opening flow.
Existing player
Enter your registered email and password. If 2FA is enabled on your account, a 6-digit code from your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password) is also required. Sessions stay active for 24 hours or until manual sign-out, with idle auto-lock after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Forgot password
The "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page sends a one-time reset link to your registered email. The link expires in 30 minutes. After 5 failed sign-in attempts, the account is auto-locked for 15 minutes. Use live chat with your registered email if you need the lock cleared sooner.
New player sign-up
Step 1: email and password. Step 2: country of residence and a confirmation you are 18 or older. Step 3: deposit method choice. Step 4: first deposit (min €20 fiat, €10 to €30 crypto depending on currency). The welcome bonus is selected at the cashier during the first-deposit step.
Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (cost factor 12). The session cookie is HTTP-only, secure, and SameSite=Lax. TLS 1.3 with HSTS preload and certificate pinning at the edge. Two-factor authentication can be enabled from Account, Security, 2FA, with a backup-codes download for recovery. Withdrawal addresses for crypto are whitelisted with a 24-hour cool-off on changes.
If you have been self-excluded
If your account is under self-exclusion, sign-in is blocked for the duration of the exclusion. The exclusion cannot be reversed within the period chosen, and contacting support to override it is not possible. After the exclusion expires, sign-in re-opens automatically, but you may receive a follow-up email from the responsible-play team checking in before any wagers are accepted.
